Men’s Support Groups – In‑Person & Online

At Jonathan’s House, we provide safe, welcoming support groups for men from all walks of life – including men of all faiths or no faith, and members of the GBTQ+ community. Our groups are a place to connect, share experiences, and find genuine community.

Research from The Priory Study Group shows that 40% of men are not speaking out about their struggles. Our mission is to reach this silent 40% by empowering the 60% who are already engaging with support services – creating a ripple effect of openness and understanding.

We are committed to normalising open, honest conversations among men and encouraging society to listen, respond, and support in meaningful ways.

You can join us in person or take part in our online men’s support groups from wherever you are. However you choose to attend, you’ll find a non‑judgemental, supportive space where your voice matters and you are truly heard.

Our in‑person support groups meet regularly in Bridgend, Cwmbran, and Maesteg, offering a supportive environment to share experiences and find encouragement.

If travelling isn’t possible, our online support groups meet every Wednesday at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm (UK time), so you can join from the comfort of your own home — wherever you are in the UK.

No matter how you join, you’ll be part of a caring community that listens, understands, and supports you every step of the way.
